Q: What happens with the uploaded files?
A: Our server will store your files for 3 days or 10 downloads (without registration or premium services). After that the files will be automatically deleted. The sender and the recipients have the possibility to delete the files manually with the link provided in the notification email.

Q: Can I use ToldACuccot.hu to send multiple files?
A: Yes, you can send 3 files at the same time without any registration process (see next question!). You can get more with free registration or even more with our Premium services.
Tip: If you compress your files with a compressing program to one large archive (ex.: zip, gzip, rar etc.), the system will see only one file, so you can send as many file as you want, but remember the free size limit without registration is 250MB, with free registration is 750MB!

Q: Is there any way to send more than three files at once?
A: With free registration (5 files, max. 750 MB) or our Premium services where you can upload up to 20 files up to the size of 2GB!

Q: I checked the box to remember my email address, but it doesn't work. Why?
A: To use this service cookies must be enabled. Check your browser settings.

Q: What should I do if I have found material that I think breaching Terms Of Service?
A: You can submit your informations via the report abuse form.

Q: How does your site make money?
A: We sell ads, offer our Premium services and send newsletters occasionally. You may find ads in notification emails. If you are interested in advertising on our site do not hesitate to contact us.

Q: Do you sell my email address and other personal information?
A: Absolutely not. ToldACuccot.hu uses information about you only for measuring purposes and never shares personal information to third party. Newsletters are sent by our staff, we do not sell email addresses or any personal information.
